Our Response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review the claim and remove or disable access to the material in question if the notice is found to be valid.
Counter-Notice
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice through the contact page that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
Repeat Infringers
Montgomery Peterson reserves the right to remove content and, where appropriate, restrict access for users found to be repeat infringers.
